Cities in Hernando County FL
An hour and a half west of Orlando and one hour north of Tampa, over 7,000 people call Brooksville home. This small city has more to it than convenient proximity to the larger tourist centers. It boasts it's own attrractions in the form of historical preservation of some of the most beautiful houses and buildings from Florida's history. There is also Rogers' Christmas House and Village, which must be seen to be believed. There are ornaments that are true works of art, so mind your big apish paws. If you are looking for a place to call home, or start a business, Brooksville is primed to put you in a position to do either. Even smarter apes will think seriously about doing both here.
